PREORDER Tecolote Ranunculus Corms (25 corms)
These are Tecolote ranunculus variety and they are “Jumbo” sized. They are bred specifically for cut flowers and “fancier” than the Aviv and Picottee varieties we sell. They are grown out of California and produce massive bloom heads along with 8-10 blooms per corm when grown well. This is a great variety to try if you’ve succeeded growing ranunculus or want a workhorse variety.
We encourage you to do some research on growing ranunculus. It is a tricky crop for most growers and there are many ways to achieve a good crop. This is not a “set it and forget it” flower for most growers! Here is a cultivation sheet from Flamingo Holland specific to the Tecolote variety
You can order multiple products at the same time BUT bulbs may ship out at different times. We expect the following shipment schedules for preorders:
Ranunculus/Anemones- late September, early October
Non chilled Tulip/Daffodil bulbs- mid to late October
Chilled 5C Tulip bulbs- mid to late November
If you are placing multiple types of bulbs in the same order, shipping costs will be updated to reflect shipping these individual orders separately, but you will NOT receiving a tracking number notification for each individual shipment. If you’d like to receive individual tracking, please place different orders for each variety.
